Nettoyage Cleaning is built on a simple idea: for housekeeping in your home, nobody wants a call centre. Here the person who answers knows the work and the area. They ask the useful questions — home type, rooms, access — and explain what happens next.

How we work

Every visit follows the same thread. First, listen: the home, the rooms, pets, parking. Then confirm the plan and the price before we arrive. On site, the written list is the list we follow. An extra is discussed.

Coverage we publish

We serve Montréal boroughs, on-island cities, Laval, the South Shore and the Terrebonne and Mascouche sectors. That coverage is published area by area. We prefer a clear zone to a promise of being “everywhere”.

Bilingual service, concrete sentences

Visits are in English or French. Explanations stay concrete: what is included, what is an extra, what is not housekeeping (mould, care work, trades).
