The visit that reaches the edges
A deep or seasonal clean is longer on purpose. Baseboards, window tracks, light switches, the inside of the oven, the inside of the refrigerator, the film on cabinet doors, the dust on closet shelves you actually empty. Regular visits keep the home usable. This visit resets the parts that quietly get worse.
Spring in Montréal after winter grit, or fall before guests stay over, are the usual dates. It is still a housekeeping visit. It is not mould remediation, carpet extraction or exterior window work from a ladder on a third-floor plex.
We confirm extras in writing. If the oven has not been cleaned in five years, say that. If the fridge is full, we cannot do the interior.
