Empty rooms tell the truth
Move-out cleaning is a different job from a lived-in recurring visit. Cabinets can be opened. The refrigerator can be emptied. Floors are fully visible. Quebec lease handbacks, sales staging and the first night in a new unit all need that empty-home pass.
We do not inspect the dwelling for the landlord and we do not promise a deposit return. Those decisions belong to the lease and the inspection. What we can do is clean the surfaces a tenant or owner is expected to leave in reasonable condition: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, inside emptied appliances and cabinets, baseboards that are reachable, interior glass when requested.
Authorization
If you are not the owner, say who authorizes the visit. A tenant, a landlord and a realtor are not interchangeable. Building keys, fobs and elevator bookings are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
The Quebec move-out checklist is a practical list, not legal advice.
What stays out of scope
We do not patch walls, repaint, replace burnt-out bulbs as a contractor, or haul junk. Post-renovation dust after trades is a separate visit. Mould that is more than a light surface film is not a housekeeping job.
Price depends on the size of the empty home and the condition on arrival. Photos of the kitchen, bathrooms and any stained floors help before we confirm.
