A steady plan beats a frantic Saturday
Most Montréal homes do not fail because nobody ever cleans. They fail because the week fills up, the kitchen waits, and bathrooms get a rushed wipe on Sunday night. Recurring visits put those rooms back on a calendar you can keep: weekly when the household is busy, every two weeks for many plexes and condos, monthly when the home is smaller or often empty.
The first visit is for scoping, not for guessing. We walk the kitchen, bathrooms, floors and the rooms you actually use. You point out pets, alarm codes, parking and the surfaces that scratch easily. The plan written after that visit is the plan we follow until you change it.
What a regular visit usually covers
Kitchens and bathrooms take the time they need: sinks, counters, appliance exteriors, toilets, tubs or showers, and mirrors. Floors are vacuumed and hard surfaces are washed. Reachable furniture, shelves and fixtures are dusted. Household trash is emptied. Interior glass can be added when you ask for it on that visit.
A regular visit is not a deep clean in disguise. Oven interiors, refrigerator interiors, inside cabinets, high dusting from a ladder and detailed baseboard work belong on a seasonal visit unless we add them in writing.
How the schedule holds
The interval is yours. If a holiday week needs to move, say so before the visit; we do not invent a replacement slot without talking to you. If the home is a mess of packing boxes, say that too. A recurring visit is built for an occupied home you can still walk through.
Internal links that help: one-time cleaning when you only need a reset, deep cleaning for the seasonal extra, and how often a Montréal plex needs a visit.
What we will not pretend
We do not quote a price before we know the size of the home and the plan. We do not claim a two-person crew, a 30-minute arrival window, or a franchise checklist. Coverage is the published areas on this site. Supplies are discussed; we do not market a secret formula.
