How is a cleaning visit priced?
Price depends on the home, the rooms on the plan and whether the visit is regular, one-time, empty-home or post-renovation. We confirm the scope and the price with you before the visit. No extra charges are added on site without agreement.
What is included in a standard visit?
A standard occupied-home visit covers kitchens, bathrooms, accessible floors, reachable dusting and household trash, as listed on the confirmed plan. Oven interiors, inside cabinets, high ladder work and empty-home cabinet cleaning are extras or another service.
How often should we book recurring cleaning?
Weekly fits busy households and pets that shed. Every two weeks fits many plexes and condos. Monthly fits smaller or often-empty homes. We do not invent a frequency; you choose after the first visit.
