After the trades leave
Post-renovation cleaning starts when the saws stop. Fine dust on every horizontal, paint specks on glass, footprints on new floors, plastic still on the cabinets. It is slower than a regular visit because dust migrates while you wipe.
It is not asbestos work, lead paint abatement, or a builder’s punch-list. If the site is still active, wait. If cabinets are full of tools, wait. Photos of the dust line help us say whether one visit is enough.
