Small floor plates, real building rules
A Plateau plex with outdoor stairs, a downtown condo with a booked elevator, a Laval apartment with one parking stall: the rooms are smaller than a detached house, and the constraints are tighter. Apartment and condo cleaning is the residential plan sized for that.
Tell us how we get in. Fob, intercom, loading dock hours, where to park a compact car, whether shoes come off in the corridor. We do not argue with a syndicate’s rules. We work inside them.
Kitchens still take time. Bathrooms still take time. Open-concept studio dust still settles on every horizontal. A smaller home is not automatically a cheaper 45-minute wipe unless the plan says so.
Recurring visits fit many condos. Move-out visits fit lease ends. If you only need the unit guest-ready once, book one-time cleaning.
