One visit, a clear list
A one-time clean is for a date, not for a habit. Guests on Friday. You got back from two weeks away. The regular rhythm slipped and the bathrooms show it. The work is the same family of rooms as a recurring visit, scoped for a single appointment.
Tell us what “done” means for that date. A living room that will be seen and a basement you never use are not the same job. We confirm the rooms, the extras and the price before the visit. If the home needs a seasonal reset instead, we will say so and point you to deep cleaning.
Typical scope
Kitchen and bathrooms, floors, dusting of reachable surfaces, and trash. Add-ons you can request: interior windows, oven interior, refrigerator interior. We do not do dishes, laundry, garage hoarding or exterior windows above the ground floor.
If the unit will be empty for a lease handback, use move-out cleaning instead. That visit assumes cabinets can be opened and appliances emptied.
Booking
Pick a date that leaves the home walkable. A one-time visit still needs parking notes, entry instructions and any building rules. Photos of the kitchen and bathrooms help more than a long paragraph.
