Light commercial cleaning here means a small office, a studio, a shared kitchenette and washrooms, not a hospital and not a food plant. The work is desks, floors, washrooms, kitchenette surfaces and trash, scheduled after you leave or before you arrive.
Access is the whole job. Alarm codes, who holds the key, which night the building locks the stairwell, where to put the bags. We confirm hours in writing. We do not wander a floor we were not shown.
This is not a medical clinic protocol and not a restaurant grease-hood contract. If the space is a home office inside a dwelling, residential recurring cleaning is usually the better fit.
