A condo visit fails on access more often than on a dirty sink. Elevator bookings, loading-dock hours, fobs, visitor parking, shoes in the corridor: send the rules with the request.
We work inside those rules. We do not argue with a board. If the elevator is booked at 14:00, the visit is at 14:00.
