The REM light-metro station on the island opened in 2023, and the Bell Canada headquarters campus sits at its northern tip. Weekly and bi-weekly visits keep kitchens, bathrooms and floors on a calendar you can keep in Nuns’ Island. The first visit is for walking the rooms you actually use, not for guessing a national checklist. Pets, parking, alarm codes and surfaces that scratch go on the written plan. After that, the same rooms come back on the same interval until you change it. A holiday week can move if you say so before the visit. This is occupied-home work. Dishes, laundry and ladder dusting stay off the regular list unless we add them in writing.
