Dust keeps moving
After trades leave, dust sits on every horizontal and then moves when you wipe. One visit can reset a finished, empty room. An active site with tools in the cabinets is still a job site; wait.
We do not do asbestos, lead, or a builder’s punch list. Paint specks on glass and footprints on new floors are housekeeping. Open drywall is not.
Post-renovation cleaning. If the unit must also be handed back empty, add move-out after the dust pass.
