Walkable is enough
You do not need to pre-clean the bathroom. You do need a path. Pick up the floor enough to vacuum. Empty the sink. Secure pets. Write the door code. Say where to park.
Photos of the kitchen and bathrooms beat a long message. If the visit is a move-out, the home must be empty enough to open cabinets.
