Deep clean versus a regular visit

The rooms overlap. The edges do not. What belongs on a recurring list and what needs a longer seasonal visit.

Deep clean versus a regular visit

Same rooms, different edges

A regular visit keeps the home usable: sinks, toilets, floors, reachable dust. A deep visit spends the extra hours on the edges that quietly get worse: baseboards, window tracks, oven interior, refrigerator interior, film on cabinet doors, closet shelves you emptied.

If you book a deep visit because the regular calendar failed for three months, say that. The first hours will go to bathrooms and kitchen, not to the oven. Honesty about condition is cheaper than a surprise on site.

A one-time visit is still a regular-scope job unless we add extras in writing. Post-renovation dust is a third category: renovation dust.
